As a platform through which many Singaporeans from various age groups, different linguistic, cultural and social backgrounds transit every day; Singapore Community Clubs have a big potential in terms of raising awareness on environmental issues and sustainability. This certification programme aims to raise awareness on environmental issues and best practices within Community Clubs. The certification not only looks into the practices adopted by the community club such as energy, water and waste management but as well on how effectively the community club reaches and transmits messages to the community.
