The Group possesses one of the largest land banks amongst private developers, with over 3.6 million square feet that has the vast potential of being developed into over 9 million square feet of gross floor area.

It was also the only developer to be accorded the Built Environment Leadership Platinum Award in 2009 and Green Mark Platinum Champion Award in 2011 by the Building and Construction Authority, the governing authority for Singapore’s built environment.

CDL is also the only Singapore developer to be listed on both the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes and FTSE4Good Index Series. Since 2010, CDL has also been listed on the prestigious Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World ranking.
