2015 marks the 20th year of SEC's operation as an NGO with partnerships spanning across the region. Working with like-minded corporations, governments and people, our vision motivates us in our day-to-day operations to become a credible entity in the development of a more liveable and sustainable Singapore.
On 26 August 2015, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources graced the Gala Dinner at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. He presented awards to winners of the SEAA – the Singapore Environmental Achievement Awards, one of the many programmes that have influenced some of the best practices in corporate sustainability.
A glimpse of greening Singapore over the last 20 years
